Returns
NO REFUNDS! Returns are accepted for Exchange only and MUST be in original condition, unworn, unwashed with product tags attached. Returns must be shipped within 5 days of the delivery date. We reserve the right to refuse any return that appears damaged, worn. washed, without tags attached and/or received after the 5th day policy rule.

To complete your return, you must FIRST email @jcouturecompany@gmail.com with your issues/concerns. You will receive a reply within 24 hours with next steps. We require a receipt or proof of purchase and will instruct you on how to proceed. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. Returns will be processed within 2 days of receipt of items.

If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and a store credit will be issued and sent via email.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All returns will require using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. This will be the only way a return will be processed because it guarantees receipt. We do not GUARANTEE receipt, your shipping service does.
